OHC’s “Complete Care” program gives your patients the benefit of our staff’s longtime, results-oriented experience in providing home rehab for total hip and total knee replacements. We’re focused on helping your patients expedite and achieve a smooth, safe and rapid recovery.
Our PTs plan the first home visit for the day of discharge. In this first important visit, your patient’s therapist will:
- conduct a thorough home safety assessment
- provide family/caregiver teaching
- provide patient education for recovery, including safety, mobility, pain management, and home rehab.
